Originally included with the Government Buildings mod.

Later game settler/scout hybrid that can found cities not on the same continent as the capital and build Insurgent Camps.

Good for being able to settle additional cities during exploration, or explicit need of military support.

Insurgent Camps spawn Barbarians.

im going to use this mod for my scenario, ill give it as a unique unit only available to certain groups is it ok i incorporate this mod (with afforementioned change) into my crisis of tge third century scenario?

I've been playing around with this, but unsure on resolving the Insurgent Camp issue just yet. From what I can see, it may have something to do with restriction on Barb Camps (distances from Capitals, other camps etc) that may not have been a deal breaker prior to G&K.

I've got part of a solution, but it's not clear yet on how well it's working

not working properly , most of times i cant find pioneers even if i pass trought navigation and military science , if i got soo luck and i find them then camp is not spawning anything

I can build Insurgent Camps but they don't spawn anything and you can move over the tile and they don't go away, also the A.I. can do the same thing. The description for Insurgent Camp is bugged as well.
