Solar Realm

For some reason I can't get this map to show up ingame. I've played it before, but it disappeared from my menu and now I can't seem to get it to appear again.

Man, this track feels really powerful! You're going so fast and I'm pretty sure something is pulling you at times (could be wrong). It really captured the atmosphere well. Definetly a fav, even if the track itself wasn't complex.

Holy crap,this realm looks like an even bigger nightmare to drive through than the Lava Realm...

Fun Fact: This track is also similar to the Death Course track form Yugioh 5Ds as there was a huge star (that went supernove later and turned into a black hole) under the track where the loser would go! Such a great series!

Well this is pretty cool but can you tell us what the next rwalm you are working on?

@gsdfhf well here are the answers for your questions: 1, for the obstacles since its called solar, it has to do with obstacles that are heat related, since with the virus shard shooters were supposed to be the flares and lazers melting the car.
2, for the respawn platforms is if you crash and restart on the walls and top part of the track, theres not much speed to climb or dodge the lazers, hence the platforms for a little kickstart.
3, i made the track based on the card you see on the page since it looks like a loop with its own gravity than the sun.
and 4, i didn't think of a good way to make the track end, i kinda wanted it to look like you went far from the sun to cool down and hence with the abandoned acceleron ship (like in the show their suits were blue white block and orange)

It's kind of simple. Not really much to it except a bunch of lasers and stuff. Don't know why the respawn platforms had to be seperate parts of the track either. And isn't the sun supposed to be 'under' the track? And what's with the end of the track?

I suggest you to work on particles. for example putting red embers to give more the idea of heatwave. also I wuold be happy if the track look space-ish. nice idea anyway
