You can plant in your house, ingredient yields and potions will be able in the table. Ingredient's that are planted take 3 days to regrow in your house. So you can make a batch, quick travel to barter, and come back to your house.

Note: All these ingredients can be grown/harvested inside your homestead which can be purchased at (Falkreath, Dawnstar, Morthal)

Important: Plant the tall plants outside and the small ones inside so you can harvest with more ease.

1: Teleportation makes leveling efficient. Here is the route I use. Also, I haven't played skyrim in a while so my route might be wrong since I'm rusty. Have fun. Also if you aren't using teleportation use the carts.

2: Be willing to lose a lot of profit in order to reach level 50 speech for the perk Merchant. The quicker you obtain Merchant. I'm talking about buying potions and selling potions quickly to the same vendor.

3: Once you reach level 50 speech go to College of Winterhold to buy a bunch of soul gems. Once you have a lot of soul gems go to Radiant Raiment and purchase all the clothes. Then enchant.

I removed the barter potion from the list, it is important but Tundra root and Dragon's Tongue are abundant in Skyrim, so there is no need to plant them.
