So Config Menu is a whole other mod that MMS needs to function. MMS is a entire system that reworks how music is played in Xcom2. How it sorta works is that it hijacks the music system from vanilla to allow it to be replaced with soundcues from paks. The problem with WOTC is that if you play on WOTC content then the music just duplicates or has issues.
So while the mod plays nice with WOTC I just don't think its worth it until its either fixed, or someone updates MMS for compatability.
Also sorry for the late reply was on vacation.
unfortunately, no your free to make your own as you wish but I don't plan on making or rereleasing packs until the Music Modding System (MMS) is updated for war of the chosen. Which seems very unlikely.
Please redirect that towards the Music Modding System mod as all functionality for WOTC requires that mod to be updated.
