arandomperson monkey engineers and submarines are in bloonstd5. in your post you said it uses the btd5 version wich doesnt have those

it also also readjusted to allow for phone play and to hold the extra towers and to minimize lag.

you do realie the flash version runs off the old btd 5 variant. the current one here is the updated version, its why the online / flash version does not include submarines and engineers etc etc.
