Galgenwaard Office tower (plop RICO compatible) by Jerenable
This building is now RICO enabled, you don´t need the mod for the building to work, get it though its great!!

Get the Ploppable RICO mod here and this building will work like any growable office.


Modeled after the Galgenwaard Office tower Utrecht the Netherlands.
This is my version of the building, so its not 100% true to reality!!

Building stats:
main building: 3325 triss with a 1024x1024 texture
LOD: 146 triss with a 128x128 texture
building size is 5x7 and is a lv5 unique building

this model could really do w an LOD update. There are fighting/flickering textures at the back that can be seen from everywhere. http://imgur.com/mWegNr6 at night it flickers from white to black

Yeah, I was thinking it might be something like that. I also found a small office tower with a very big podium that's giving me 3000 jobs when much much bigger buildings are giving only 1200. I think some people's geometry just trips it up and in that case it thinks it's a building as tall as it is but as wide as the base.

@baronjutter i think it is because the mod reads de inside volume and not the oudside volume. the building itself is made out of 2 seperate objects without a unified inside volume so you only get half of the total. this is about the only thing that came into mind for me.

Odd building, I've downloaded many rico buildings and I also use realistic pop consumption mod that bases building's stats on their volume. This mod overrides what ever stats the author gives, so a large RICO office building someone gave 150 jobs the mod will update to something like 1200 jobs. This has been consistent on every building except for this one. I'm curious if you did something different with the file, or if the way the building is modeled is tripping up the mod's ability to detect the volume.
