To get the full Slaughtering Grounds experience and thus "git gud" you will have to edit the windows registry, though the steps in this guide should not harm your system editing the registry can be very risky and it is advised to backup before proceeding.
Doing so will allow you to cheat and see all the content that this game has to offer for yourself.
These edits should allow you to get 99999 money and health regen etc. Even works in multiplayer!

How to back up your registry[support.microsoft.com]

To edit your registry you can use a program called regedit, that is built into windows!
How to open the registry editor.[pcsupport.about.com]
The fastest way on Windows 7 is to enter "regedit" without quotes into the start menu search.

Upon opening regedit.exe you will see 2 columns, the column on the left is full of expandable folders.



Click on the folders and navigate to:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER
Software
DefaultCompany
ui


Digital Homicide cleverly called themselves DefaultCompany to try and hide from master hackers such as myself.

Now you have access to several of the games inner workings, you can change values such as maximum health or ammo count by right clicking on the icons in the right hand column and selecting "Modify".
I suggest pressing the button for decimal and entering as many 9's as possible.
Remember to hit "OK" to make sure your changes are saved. You may have to restart the game for changes to take effect.


Money_h210021813 controls the players currently held cash. I recommend maxing this out, loading the game to buy everything, then editing the registry again to make all your weapons/characters overpowered.
bikerhealthlevel_h1141571480 controls the health for the default character "Snake". I suggest maxing this out so that you don't die instantly, to a horde of invisible zombies. Each character such as "Swat" has their own health value that needs to be changed individually.

Congratulations you have now got the gud! The slaughtering grounds is in your complete control.


TIPS:

• You are "accurate" while running and jumping so don't let anything slow you down.
  
• If you experience low frame rates in other games after playing press CTRL+ALT+DEL and open the task manager to make sure the slaughtering grounds hasn't left any executables such as GDi.exe or unityplayer.exe running in the background, if in doubt just restart your PC.
  
• Uninstall games after cards drop
  
• Dont try looking for other players in multiplayer, you probably cant see them!
  
• If you are trying to run this game under WINE on linux seek medical help.
