Coming up in my ‘fat midrises’ collection is another Cesar Pelli-designed monstrosity! 1330 Post Oak Boulevard is part of Uptown Houston’s Four Oaks Place, a soul-deadening group of office towers dedicated to the worst of the worst industries: Finance, Banking, Insurance, and Mining (yikes)

Plop it all around your Edge City developments, or maybe even in a nice Downtown area if you feel the circumstances of land-use economics are fine and proper for an 80s blockbuster to appear.

As mentioned, this building is Ploppable RICO enabled, which means that if you were to be inclined to install that mod, the asset will show up in its office tab and add 172 jobs to your city (on a Lvl3 basis).

Friends of mine lives along I10W, so when we drove there from the airport I was all like "haha I know those buildings."

What was cool was the reaction: "oh you built those in Cities Skylines?" Apparently word had traveled across the Atlantic that I was involved in nefarious projects :)
