Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 Base Game Guide
โดย Happy Fun Cat
Note: Until recently, this guide was made hidden to the public. With the game being on discount, I have made it public again. However, I have no plans to update this guide in anyway. For basegame details, the guide is done.

This is a game guide for Naruto SUNS4. The guide is near finished in it's current state, just missing a few bits of information here and there. If there is anything you would like me to add to the guide itself, let me know in the comments!

Before you continue...
If you don't care to read this, skip to the parts that matter by using the guide index on the side.

Note that this guide was made when the game released in Feb. of 2016. I have no plans to update this guide with DLC or with Road to Boruto. This was due to time restraints on myself and other projects.

If you are reading this in the future, this is not a complete guide, but nearly complete for the base game. Stuff like this takes a lot of time and motivation. However, lacking in both I was unable to keep up with my original plan for the guide.

If you have seen this guide before and notice it suddenly vanish to only reappear, that is because it was hidden from the public due to me not knowing whether or not to allow it to be read in its incomplete state. I decided for lettng it be read since it is a testament to my growth as a guide write. It is an archive of work already done.

Just like any of my other guides, if this is in some way helpful to even 1 person, the work done is worth it. With that said, enjoy.

Hello and Welcome!
Hello and welcome, I am the Happiest of the Cats, Happy Fun Cat, here FINALLY to give you the guide I know none of you have been waiting for. Yes, it is here, my Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 Game Guide, woot woot!
For thoughs who keep asking PvP questions
I will point this out, I am NOT a PvPer, not in rank. I am a derp, and I like to derp around and have fun. I am not bad at the game, but I am still a casual in terms of high skill battling. If you are looking for a decent PvP battler, hit up LionzTV. I battled him twice and he is pretty damn good to force me to try and still lose a fight with one of my best characters (I really need to practices my Cat-o-Two Tails more >.<)

I am sure he would love to support and most likely can ask any questions you have to ask, plus just watch him battle, you will learn a decent amount :D

www.twitch.tv/LionzTV

If you are looking to battle him, he is on the NA/SA side

And also, I am NOT DOING A TIER LIST! I don't like tier list, I think they are horrible and should burn. But, if anyone decent at PvPing would like to do one, let me know, I will credit you and post it on the guide in its own section. Only requirement is that Boruto be top tier.

Also, if you want someone to derp around on the ps4, look up blackhyuga on twitch

www.twitch.tv/blackhyuga

Interesting player on the EU side, give them a go as well, need some love for the underwhelming, underviewed Storm Streamers :D

Another note is someone is putting together a Youtube channel for PvP tips and tricks. It is quiet new, but informative, and the person putting it together currently has 10k+ BP, so check out Storm Dojo Youtube and check their Twitch channel, where they stream Storm 4 everyday. I will post links soon!

New Features of Ultimate Ninja Storm 4
There may be more (I sure there are) but these are what I wrote down off the top of my head, expect updates!
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Elemental Effects

A new feature being added to the game is elemental effects of Jutsu, things like Fire Ball or Chidori. These effects vary from which elements are being used. The effects I know of are:

Fire: Deals damage over time to the inflicted target. Will continue to burn unless the target uses ninja moves to put themselves out, or stands in water.

Water: Deals more damage to the target if standing in water while casting the Jutsu. These will have updated graphics showing these Jutsus being buffed, I.E, Water Dragon will look different if cast on land then in water.

Lightning: Lightning strikes around the Jutsu user when activating a lightning jutsu while standing in water, dealing damage to the target near the user.

Earth: None

Wind: None
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Map Destruction

While you are fighting, you are able to destory parts of the map. However, these seem to be limited to background assets, not anything inside the battleground area. I.E. You can destory a house if you aim a Jutsu at it.

Another thing is that some Jutsu can damage the ground of the map. This does not affect gameplay, but looks cool. I.E. A Fire Ball Jutsu will scorch the ground.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Armor Break
Another new feature added to the game is Armor Break. During the course of the fight, you are able to break pieces of the opponents armor. This increases the damage they take but increases the damage they deal.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Leader Change

A wonderful new feature is the leader change system. This allows you to switch between your support characters, adding new element of gameplay to the game. This can be used to string together combos between characters, switch to a character that does or doesn't have their armor broken, cancel fire damage, and more. Switching between characters takes a bit over 50% of the support gauge, this makes it so you have to wait a tiny bit before you can switch again to that support position.

Note that support characters can still be used like other Storm games support characters if you wish.

Another note: You characters share health, storm gauge and chakra. There is no switching to another character if you are low on health.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Old System Back in Place!

If you played Revolution, you may have been disappointed in the force choice between Ultimate Jutsu, Awakening and Drive. Well, they system is out the door. In Storm 4, you are able to do all 3!
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Combination Ultimate Jutsu and Team Awakening
In Storm 4, if you are in a team that is capable of a combination ultimate jutsu, you have to wait until you have a full storm gauge to activate it. This means no Shisui/Itachi Ultimate Spammers!

Also, there is a new system that allows for Team Awakenings. If you have a full storm gauge and go into awakening state, your team will all awaken at the same time. If you awaken without a full gauge, then only the character you awaken will be in that state, and switching characters will send the awaken character in the backline, still draining your awaken gauge.

These awakenings, plus regular awakenings can be achieved when you chakra charge up when you
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Best 2 out of 3 fights
This allows for players in free battle to set fights to be best 2 out of 3 like most fighting games. However, unlike most fighting games, broken armor and health does not reset if you win. Only things that do is Sub gauge and Chakra.

Notes: Items do not reset between rounds
Storm Gauge drains from both players between rounds
The losers health at the end of a round will reset to full, the winners health will remain the same
Any character with armor break will retain armor break
If the winner of the last round is below 40% health when the next round starts, they are not able to go into awaken state, this is a balancing act to not allow a player to steamroll over the other player.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Kaguya stage change ability

This deserves it's own spot since it is so cool. Kaguya, instead of items, has 4 abilities where her items are located. These abilities allow for stage changes: A stage surronded by fire, a stage surronded by ice, and a stage surrounded by sand, as well as an ability to take you back to the normal stage.

This allows for some cool combos since you can always have a stage advantage (taking away water mostly) as well as each stage changes Kaguya's skill set, allowing her to have 4 different skill sets and 4 different jutsu's to use (Ultimate stays the same regardless of stage).

No idea if the stage stays if you switch out of Kaguya, that will need to be tested.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Counter Attack nerfed
If you are a big PvPer in Storm Revolution, you may be sad, or happy, to see that these are nerfed. The nerf makes Counter Attack now a Knockback/down rather than a full blown stun, which if you are good enough, may lead to an near infinite combo.
Playable Characters

Support Characters and Abilities
When you make a team in Storm 4, using the Leader Change system isn't the only thing the supports are good for. In addition to being able to switch to your supports to continue combos, they also have abilities tied into their kit once your Storm Gauge reaches 50% or higher. Below is the list of Support Abilities and what they do.

Strike Back - When you blow back an opponent, your support will attack them, blowing them back.

Charge Assist - Your support will help you charge chakra faster. A full charge takes around 5 seconds without Charge Assist, with Charge Assist, it is 4 seconds. Unconfirmed if 2 charges you faster. It seems it does, but only by half a second.

Cover Fire - When you use Chakra Shuriken, your support will throw shuriken as well.

Charge Guard - When you are charging your chakra, your support will guard you.

Dash Cut - When your opponent Chakra Dashes to you, your support will get in the way.

Secret Technique Substitution - When you are hit by an Secret Technique, your support will take the damage, but is unusable for a short time.

Break Guard - When you guard is broken, your support will defend you.

Story Mode - General Information
Story Mode has 4 different battle types, Boss Battles, Free Battles, Mob Battles, and Dramatic Battles.

Boss Battles: These are battles verses opponents with 4 health bars rather than 2. These range from standard fights to using different character types to defeat your opponent. These Battles also have IA (Quick Time Events) that you must perform.

Free Battles: Standard battles with nothing fancy.

Mob Battles: Battles verses multiple enemies at once. During these battles, you can control the camera and you are unable to use secret techniques.

Dramatic Battles: These are Free Battles with IA events.
Recieving an S rank in Story Mode
Unlike the other Storm games, recieving an S rank is done with only a few factors.

High Health, No Continuing, and achieving most/all IA stars.

I highly recommend you do NOT try for the bonus objectives while you are also going for an S rank, focus one or the other!

I will think about doing some videos for this to explain what you need to do in order to get S rank for each fight, some of them require different strategies in order to pull off.
Bonus Objectives and What They Mean
In Story Mode, there are Bonus Objectives you can do to recieve Ninja Treasures for collectables. There are many different ones, and I will list all of them and give a brief explanation about how to complete it.

Note: I will post strategies for special bonus requirements at a later time!

Additional Note: I will NOT be posting bonus requirement strategies for special story missions until a patch comes out. I know some people do not have trouble with story missions, but I am still having input trouble with IA events, as well as some other people. I rather wait until that is fixed, because I really want my S rank achievements, and until I can do story mission without the IA lag, I rather not mess around on it. Sorry for the inconvience!

"Win with more than X% health left"
-Self explanatory

"Succeed with X afterimage actions"
- In the game, there are battles that have extra actions you can do. During a fight, time will slow and you will be prompted to do an action. Completing these actions (usually a movement followed by a button press) will complete the afterimage actions. Most if not all fights that have afterimage actions will have this Bonus attached to it.

"Activate the Secret Factor"
-Fights with IA events will give you stars when performing these events. When you complete an event, a meter will fill based on the amount of stars you recieved for that event, ranging from 0-4. Once you complete the meter fully (fill up all the stars), you have enough that when the fight ends, the Secret Factor will trigger.

"Connect with Ninjutsu X time(s)"
-Self explanatory, you must hit the opponent with your character's ninjutsu the allotted amount of times in order to complete it.

"Connect with X's Ninjutsu X time(s)"
-This does not mean use your support button to try and deal damage to them, this means switch to the character they are talking about and then use their ninjutsu to hit the opponent.

"Connect with Secret Technique X time(s)"
-Self explanatory, connect with your character's secret technique.

"Connect with X's Secret Technique X time(s)"
-Same as before, switch to that character and connect their secret technique on the opponent.

"Finish enemy with a Secret Technique"
-Beat the opponent with a secret technique.

"Destory over X"
-Beat the amount of enemies listed on the requirement

"Defeat X with Y"
-Beat X amount of things with Y.

"Drop X enemy who's climbing on a wall to the ground"
-Knock a wall climbing enemy off the wall, easiest to do with ninjutsu

"Connect with throws X time(s)"
-Connect your throw combo on the opponent

"Perform a X-hit combo"
-Combo your opponent X number of times. This is easiest with chakra cancels and leader switching.

"Connect with Support Ninjutsu X time(s)"
-Use your support button to deal damage to the opponent.

"Connect with Combination Secret Technique X time(s)"
-Fill up your Storm Gauge and then try to hit your combination secret technique. To fill your Storm Gauge as fast as possible, use support attacks and constant leader switches in combos.

"Connect with Counterattack X time(s)"
-Use the counterattack combo when being ninja dashed into or about to be attacked by a normal combo attack. This is easiest to do when you keep your distance and wait for the sign that the opponent is about to rush you, right before they do, activate the counterattack and it will knock them back. Careful as when you use this, you will lose a decent part of your chakra bar and it takes a bit of time to get it back.

There is also one that tells you to attack with your support, their support ninjutsu counts, but switching between support characters during a combo and landing a hit counts as well. I will go into the game and figure out 100% what it said to do.

Unqiue Story Bonus Requirements and Strategies
Story Mission Unique Bonus Requirements

Ninja History 1

"Acquire the sword"
-This is easy to get, but also easy to miss if you are not careful. During the fight, the Nine Tails will get simi free from the Wood Dragon, but in doing so will throw a few of the weapons Hashirama summoned before the fight. To aquire this weapon, run up to it and hold down B, Circle, or = depending on what you are using to pick it up. What out, however, if Madara hit's you, it will reset the time of you picking it up, so it is best to do so after you have knocked him away. This also will change up your combos and ninjutsu, making them much more deadly.

"Destroy Madara's weapon"
-Another simple one, you just need to attack Madara with the newly aquire sword and it will soon break. You will know you have done it because you will see the text Weapon Break appear on the screen.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Ninja History 2

"Dodge Kurama (Majestic Attire: Susano'o)'s Body Press)
-This is easy since it is an after image section. Kurama will jump into the air and you will have the option to move left or right, literally all you need to do.

"Prevent Kurama (Majestic Attire: Susano'o) from firing a large Tailed Beast Bomb"
-Again, nothing too hard. Kurama will start to charge an attack and on it's body it will give you a button to press. Just run up to him and start spamming the button, and the Tailed Beast Bomb will fall apart, giving you the bonus. Note that you have a large leeway when it comes to doing this requirement, so no stress, just make sure you bee line it to Kurama when he starts charging it if you are across the map.

"Destroy one of Susano'o's back arms"
-This one is completely missable because depending on how well you are doing, you will get to the end of the fight before even having the chance to get this one. Kurama will attack you with his blades and one of them will get stuck in the ground. Just start attacking it with full force and it will break. This is required to get the "Aquire Susano'o's blade" requirement.

"Aquire Susano'o's blade"
-After you have destroyed one of Kurama's back arms, the blade he was carrying will fall to the ground. You pick this up like you did with Aquire sword from Ninja History 1. Plus side is that Kurama shouldn't be able to react in time if you try to pick it up as soon as possible, down side is that it doesn't change your combos, you just throw the sword at Kurama, breaking part of the Susano'o when it hits him.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
In Hell 1

"Answer 1 Guruguru quizzes correctly"
-This is pretty simple. During the fight, Guruguru will come down and proceed to split into 3 different Gurugurus, you just need to match the button with the one that is the real one, the one that doesn't have anything extra and looks like the same.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Roar of the Ten Tails

"Destroy x Ten Tail's eyes"
-This is a little give and take. In order to do this with any amount of speed, you need to do the command the game gives you (remember it, it will be repeated a few times over the course of the story mode). The command is to hit your chakra load and shuriken button at the same time and then hold down your shuriken button to increase the amount of lock on targets. This will deal massive damage and target multiple eyes.

"Hit the center eye with Gyuki's Support Ninjutsu 1 time(s)"
-Simple enough, just when the Ten Tails falls and it tells you to attack it with a button proc, use your Support Ninjutsu as well.

Yes, along with the unlocks for the side quest, fragments and everything else, the story is based around trying to get these two people together, I am guessing because of them not including The Last in the game.

Side Mission: The 50 Ninja Task
Prerequisites: Departure Main Mission

Closet Perv (Ebisu) wants you to do atleast 15 of the 50 Ninja task he has listed, and of course not because he can't do any of them himself, nooooo. This isn't really too bad, and anything you have done in the Adventure Mode will count to your task, so you don't have to worry about doing so many other things and then getting the quest to only have to do them again. I may or may not list the task in the future, depends on how much I really care about typing them out :D

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Side Mission: A Journey to Collect Memories
Prerequisites: Naruto Uzumaki's Personal Letter Delivery Main Mission

Bee is out and about in the Hidden Leaf, raping about some memories and all that jazz. Sounds like a good idea, why don't you go and do that :D These Memory Fragments needed for this Side Mission are obtain through Main Missions and searching around, check the Adventure Mode - Memory Fragments for a list!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Side Mission: The Hidden Leaf Stands
Prerequisites: A Job for Sakura Main Mission
Location: South of the Residential Area, Hidden Leaf Village

Konohamaru is being a child, that is basically all this extends too. You go talk to Iruka and he explains how he beat the crap out of Konohamaru and you tell yourself that sounds fun, so you go out looking for him to do the same. Complete this as a prerequisite for The Waves of the New Generation Side Mission

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Side Mission: The Waves of the New Generation
Prerequisites: The Search for Tsuande Main Mission, The Hidden Leaf Stands Side Mission
Location: South of the Residential Area, Hidden Leaf Village

After your blood-soaked battle with Konohamaru (who should be dead after the beating you gave him), you want more. So you go out to find Iruka and start the process all over again, beating him senseless. Complete this as a prerequisites for The Way of a Teacher Side Mission.

Adventure Mode - Side Missions Part 2
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Side Mission: The Way of a Teacher
Prerequisites: Memories of the Final Valley Main Mission, The Waves of the New Generation Side Mission
Location: In front of Ichiraku, Hidden Leaf Village

Your rage won't go away, so you decide to take it out on moving pots, and you ask Shino for help with the bodies. But really though, Shino wants help to decide what he wants to be, you tried to ask Iruka if they needed help at the school, he saids the kids are missing, turns out they are turned into pots, so you need to locate said pots. All of them are in the Hidden Leaf.

Pot Location: Near the Park, Main Road, and Near the Bento Shop.

Once you get the ones near the park and bento shop, go back to the park and talk to them, because the one on the main road is being a pain and won't show themselves without the code, so you need to find out where the code is. The children talk about the place where everybody sleeps, and that place is the graveyard, talk about dark. Once you go there, you will see the code on a gravestone, telling you the code is the amount of graves in the graveyard, so get to counting! (the answer is 64) Go back to the main street and tell the kid the code and you are pretty much done after that :D
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Side Mission: The Debt Repayment Princess
Prerequisites: The Search for Tsunade Main Mission
Location: Beside Ichiraku, Hidden Leaf Village.

Tsunade has a debt that money can't fix, and you decide to help with your Ninja Treasures. The treasures needed are Gold Shuriken x 10, Silver Kunai x 20, and Bronze Scroll x30. If you have been doing the Bonus Objectives during your fights, you should have more than enough to pay the debt. Once you give Tsunade the items, she said she is going to sell the items and use the money, so I don't know why you couldn't just give her money, but oh well. In return, she gives you a Five Great Villages Sign Kunai, and also said she will be in touch. Only thing to do it wait.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Side Mission: The Ninja World Tournament
Prerequisites: Memories of the Final Valley Main Mission, The Debt Repayment Princess Side Mission
Location: A Random Bird

A random bird attacks, and it has a letter! I don't know how long you need to wait Debt Repayment to get the bird, but it didn't seem too long (I did Angels and Demons and then got the bird). The letter tells you to go to the Chuunin stage in the Hidden Leaf. On your way there, a peddler will stop you and as to buy the Kunai Tsunade gave you. The Kunai is needed for the next part of the mission, so don't tell it (or if someone wants to sell it and try to continue the quest, let me know what happens and I will update this part :D ). Talk to Tsunade and she will thank you for helping raise the money needed for the Ninja World Tournament, and the key to get in is the say-so from the 5 Kage, and it just so happens that Kunai is your ticket in!

NOTE: You only have to complete the D rank in order to finish this mission!

The rules seem to follow survival style combat, with an addition. Your health and chakra carries over to the next round. There are 6 ranks of the tournment, D, C, B, A, S, and S +, each one giving different prizes and having different Bonus Requirements.

Check out the Adventure Mode - Ninja World Tournment Section for more info!
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Side Mission: My Sweet Older Sister
Prerequisites: Dancing Wind Main Mission
Location: Hidden Leaf Village

You don't have a marker for this Side Quest, this is just a bit of hide-n-seek. I will post screenshots of the locations. She is found all in a row, all along the main road, no real searching needed.

After you found Hanabi 3 times, she stands in the open, seeing as how hiding doesn't help. She will demand a fight, so give her what she wants. Then she wants to fight again, but this time, handicapping you. So go ahead, I doubt being unable to use Ninjutsu will make the fight any harder. After you beat her down again, this time she wants a bigger handicap, but again, I doubt unable to use Secret Techniques will change the outcome of this fight. Beat her once more and then you are pretty much done. She accepts you as her big bro, so all is right with the world! Wait... Did she just give Naruto to Hinata?

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Side Mission: Angels and Demons
Prerequisites: Dancing Wind Main Mission
Location: Near Bento Shop, Hidden Leaf Village

Okay, let see how far this rabbit hole goes. Sai starts a flashback about eavesdropping on Hinata, Ino, Saukra, and Tenten, then Sakura starts a flashback about Naruto and Sasuke fighting. Then Ino and Tenten have a flash back about Naruto and Choji fighting. Honestly, it is an interesting flashback look that gives more character to Hinata and Naruto, it is worth the go through.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Side Mission: Invisability Cloak V. 2
Prerequisites: The Way of a Teacher
Location: South of the Residential Area, Hidden Leaf Village

This side mission is not on the side mission menu, but can be access by talking to the same children from The Way of a Teacher Side Mission, but this time they are hidden all over the Ninja World!

This mission will never end, you just find children as pots and they give you stuff, and then they hide again. Only really needed for the 50 Ninja Task.

Adventure Mode - Helping People Part 1
During your adventure mode travels, you will come across various people in need of help, and helping these people net you ninja treasures and also count for the 50 Ninja Task Side Mission by Closet Perv. Here I will list the location of these events, what to do, and what rewards you get.

This list is NOT complete because I am still working through Adventure Mode while writting this guide, so it takes much longer to go through the game. Also, these are not in any real order, just the order I recieved them in.

Helping People 1
Location: Infront of the Hokage Estate, Hidden Leaf Village
Reward: Silver Kunai x 5

This poor soul forgot his lunch, and you, being Naruto, decide to be a good person and go get his lunch for him. You hear him mention something about Ichiraku, so I would start my search there. Across the street from Ichiraku (located near the Residential Area), you see a woman. Surely this person must have lunch to give, right?! Well, I doubt you would know that by looking at her, but above her is a symbol, so that is your first clue. Anywho, talk to her, she gives you his lunch, you take his lunch back to him and BAM, you are done. NEXT!

Helping People 2
Location: Infront of Ichiraku's Ramen, Hidden Leaf Village
Reward: Gold Kunai x 5

Simple mission, kids outside of Ichiraku want's ramen, but don't have money. They say it cost 180 Ryo. You toss it in their face and say give me my reward, and you get Gold Kunai, which sell for way more than 180 Ryo. Stupid kids...

Helping People 3
Location: Residential Area, Hidden Leaf Village
Reward: Bronze Shuriken x 5

This girl, her cat is missing, HELP HER! She mentions that he likes the graveyard (weird, I can't stand graveyards -shiver-). Go to the graveyard and go to the stone with all them names on it, cats sleeping on it. You talk to the cat and it walks away. Sadden by the fact the cat is gone, you go tell the girl the bad news, but she smiles and saids my cat has returned, thank you! I didn't do crap, your cat came back because it was tired of this orange wearing dude talking to it. But I digress.

Helping People 4
Location: Residential Area, Hidden Leaf Village
Reward: Bronze Scroll x 5

Short and simple, girl by a box, saids box is in the way, Naruto SMASH! Box is gone, girl is happy, gives you stuff, move on.

Helping People 5
Location: South of Residential Area, Hidden Leaf Village
Reward: Silver Scroll x 5

This kid is crying in a corner. What's wrong. Birds. Literally is scared because of the birds in the park. -sigh- Go to the park, scare off the crows by walking into them and go back to the kid, tell him to grow up, the birds are gone, and give you stuff.

Helping People 6
Location: Chuunin Exams Finals Stage Area, Hidden Leaf Village
Reward: Silver Shuriken x 5

A woman infront of the Chuunin Stage is selling flowers for 2,500 Ryo. Buy them, get stuff, tells you about the graveyard, move on.

Helping People 7
Location: Chuunin Exams Finals Stage Area, Hidden Leaf Village
Reward: Gold Scroll x 5

Old woman in the Chuunin Finals Area wants to clean the graveyard but there are too many leafs. So you take a trip to the graveyard and proceed to trample over the neatly piled leafs, causing a bigger mess. Talk to her once you run over all the piles (marked on your mini map) and she will get mad, saying you didn't help, you are worthless, and proceed to throw scrolls at you while you run away.

Helping People 8
Location: Center of the Graveyard, Hidden Leaf Village
Reward: Gold Shuriken x 5

So, you know thoughs flowers you just bought. Well if you talk to this lady, she will just take them from you, doesn't even ask. I am ashamed at her for doing such a thing. So you pick pocket her, taking some golden shurikens to pay for the money you lost for the flowers you bought.

Helping People 9
Location: Infront of the Item Shop, Hidden Leaf Village
Reward: Bronze ANBU Mask x 5

This dude lost his wallet, so go fetch! He mentions he may have dropped it near the main street, so I guess that is a good place to look. Travel back up through the Hidden Leaf until you get to the Collection Store, and across the street you see a kid and the guys wallet?! That kid stole it, and I don't know if I should be proud of him for doing it, or disappointed because he dropped it on the ground. Anyways, take the wallet, laugh at the kid and return it to the man, apologizing because all the money is gone (you took it). He will say thanks anyways and give you some mask, I am guessing that he used to hide his face due to embarrassment of having a child steal his wallet and his savor taking all his money (oh, he knew you stole it).

Helping People 10
Location: Infront of the Main Gate, Hidden Leaf Village
Reward: Silver Shuriken x 5

A dude is selling Kunai Targets for 5,000 Ryo, and for some odd reason you decide to buy one, because reasons. He thanks you and mentions his usual costumer didn't show up today, and he is seen in the training field. How about you pay him a visit.

You go infront of the Kage's Place and see the white thing laying on the ground. You try to talk to it but it runs off like the last one! Sadden, you return to the woman who told you about it, but the cat is just laying next to her, like it didn't just run away from you and stuff! She thanks you for scaring the cat back to her and gives you stuff to help you scare even more cats, you sicko.

Helping People 13
Location: Main Street, Hidden Sand Village
Reward: Bronze ANBU Mask x 5

Dude forgot what his peeps want to eat, so why don't you go ask since he has no spine to do it himself. Go into the door to the side of him and go see what his peeps want. He thanks you and gives you 5 shame mask.

Helping People 14
Location: Outside of the Kage's Estate, Hidden Sand Village
Reward: Silver ANBU Mask x 5

Woman lost her amulet and stuff, why don't you go and keep it for yo-- I mean return it to her, because you are a good ninja and stuff. She mentions she may have lost it when she went to Sunagimo Shop, so why don't you look there. By the way, that was the Bento Shop in the Hidden Sand. Anywho, go into the shop, find it on the ground between 2 tablets and return it to her. She is like thank you for being a good ninja and not keeping it and selling it to the highest bidder.

Helping People 15
Location: On Bridge Leading to Main Gate, Hidden Cloud Village
Reward: Gold ANBU Mask x 5

So, this woman dropped her scroll, and again, the good little ninja goes and plays fetch. She mentions that she may have dropped it at the Raikage's Estate, so I am pretty sure that is a safe bet to go and look for it. Get to the Raikage's Estate and look around, it is on the ground in a hallway. Return it and she will be so ever grateful.

Helping People 16
Location: Outside Bento Shop, Hidden Cloud Village
Reward: Silver Scroll x5

Dude's mom is sick, so buy his crap! Sounds like a con but money grows on trees in the ninja world, so just pay the 4,000 Ryo and move on.

Adventure Mode - Helping People Part 2
Helping People 17

Helping People 18
Location: Turtle Island
Reward: Bronze Ninja Blade x 5

Dude is studying the wildlife of the island and is looking for a spider deer. So why don't you go look for the super-powered spider deer, spider deer, does whatever a spider deer does... I will stop now. Look around the island, you will find the deer in an open area next to water. Once you find the spider deer, spider deer, does it swing, from a web, no it don't, it got no hands. I will really stop now. Return to the dude and get some stuff.

You go to the bridge and she saids pork buns, I honestly don't know how you could forget pork buns, but whatever. Go tell him and then get a reward for your hard work walking for 5 seconds.

Helping People 33
Location: Desert of Wind

Adventure Mode - Sudden Events
Sudden Events are just that, events that can happen suddenly while traveling around in the Ninja World. These are random in which you will get and when you will get it and where you will get it. There are times when I had dry spells of not seeing one for awhile, and other times when I had 5 in a row while walking down a road. I noticed 3 different types of Sudden Events, 4 if you count the one you get after the main quest. If there are more, let me know, these are the only ones I have found so far.

Battle Arc Sudden Events: When you come across these events, you will be given Battle Requirements as well as a reward, these rewards are always Ninja Treasure Platinum Pack x 10.

Battle Arc Favor Events: When you come across these events, the person will ask for an item, and if you have that item, you can give them said item and in return, you get Ryo. Note that Choji ask for the Bentos, so make sure you have a few of every one of them.

Battle Arc Hinata Events: Note sure if it is only Hinata, but when I came across her, she gave me Ninja Treasures All Types x 20, so yay.

Adventure Mode - Sudden Events, Conglomerations of Thoughts
After you have completed the Main Missions, you will be rewarded with another set of Sudden Events! These events are Conglomerations of Thoughts and they are a special type of battle. These activate just like the other Sudden Events, but only in dark, sacry places -spooky ghost noises- Not really, but they pop up in places that are not towns it seems.

They have 2 difficulty types and with very powerful Battle Conditions, but all reward Ninja Treasure All Types Pack x 10 for the normal ones, and x 20 for the hard ones, making them a really good way to farm any Ninja Treasures you need.

Achievements
Here are a list of Achievements for the game and how to obtain them. Note I will only be listing Achievements that are not obvious. If you think I left out an Achievement that should be on this list, let me know!

"Personal Strength, Released"
-Beat an opponent with a secret technique to get the "cut-in"

"Dancing to the Same Beat"
-Beat an opponent with a combination secret technique to get the "cut-in"

"Attacking is the Greatest Defence"
-Easy to get in story mode, don't worry!

"Masterful Timing"
-Use the counterattack combo right before you get hit with a ninja dash or normal combo to connect

"Perfect Win"
-In Free Battle, set it to 3 rounds and beat your opponent twice in a row without losing once

"The Possibilities of the Next Strike"
-While you have a support, start comboing into the opponent and then midcombo switch to your support with Leader Switch and continue the combo

"Forbidden Power, Released"
-When you fall below 40% health, Chakra Charge into Awaken State, then win the match. (You will NOT get this in story mode with a character forced into Awaken State)

"Full Power Teamwork!"
-When you fall below 40% health AND you have a full Storm Gauge, Chakra Charge into Awaken State and then beat your opponent.

"Personal Strength, Maxed Out"
-Hit the opponent with each of your characters secret techniques in one battle.

Any Achievement that requires S rank
-Have High Health, Don't Continue (fail), and if during an IA event, try to get all of the stars possible. This may take a few tries to remember all the IA events to get most of the stars.

Ninja Treasures and the Ninja Treasure Exchange
Ninja Treasures are a new currency for Storm 4. They are used to buy certain Ninja Info cards, Ninja Info Card Skins, Titles, Substitution Items, Finish Cut-In Image, Matching Voices, and Costumes for characters.

The Ninja Treasures themselves range from 5 types with 4 different rarities between the types, meaning there are 20 different Ninja Treasures to obtain to unlock collectables that require them.

The Ninja Treasures are; Kunai, ANBU Mask, Scroll, Ninja Blade, and Shuriken, with rarities of Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum for each tool.

You obtain these Ninja Treasures by different means, but most common is fighting opponents and doing story mode.
Collections
Just like all the other Storm games, you have a heap of collectables to obtain. I am not going to list each one, but I will list the amount of Ryo and the number of Ninja Treasures you need to obtain every one from the store, so let's get started!

NOTE: In the section for Ninja Info Card Skins, I do not have all of them unlocked, nor do I know how to unlock them :D if you know, give me a shout in the comments.

Unlocking Ninja Info Card Skins
I know a lot of people been asking about the Ninja Info Card Skins and how to unlock them. Some how, I have all the skins unlocked and I am just going to list some of the things that might have contributed to unlocking the skins.

1) Do all of the Practice Mode Missions
2) 5 Tournament Wins, 10 Tournament Wins (These do not need to be online)
3) S Rank all Story Missions
4) Complete all Missions in Adventure Mode
5) Complete League and Survival Missions
6) Complete atleast up to 30 rounds of Ultimate Survival (not sure when you need to stop, but I did 31 rounds when I first did it and had some info skins unlocked)

I would like to give a 100% list of what unlocks what, but it isn't in the game. These are easter egg hunts without you knowing you found an egg until you look and see.

Online should not play a part in this. I have not done much online but a few wins, no ranked or anything.
Limited Time Events
There are also mini events, but so far these just double the amount of ninja tools you get during fights. Time limited events, not just day events, seem to give you ninja tools as prizes. You access these events in the online section of the game, however, these seem to only be against NPCs at the moment. We will know more after the course of the next few Limited Time Events.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Birthdays
These double the amount of ninja treasures you get inside battle

2/8/16 Sarutobi Hiruzen's Birthday

2/10/16 Uchiha Obito's Birthday

2/12/16 Hanzo's Birthday
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Limited Time Events

2/14/16~2/20/16 - Plan to Catch all the Tailed Beast

This event has you pitted against AI opponents of 3 difficulty levels, Genin, Chunin, and Jonin, each having you fight the Jinchuuriki to "catch" the Tailed Beast while only using teams of Akatsuki. These teams are pre-decided based off of Naruto.

The Teams are as followed: Pain/Konan, Itachi/Kisame, Hidan/Kakuzu , Sasori/Deidara, Deidara/Tobi

2/21/16~2/27/16 - The Reanimated Army Attacks

This event has you pitted against AI opponents that change depending on your difficulty level. These opponents are the reanimated ninja from Naruto during the Ninja War.

The opponents are as followed:
Genin: Chiyo/Kimimaro, Deidara/Kakuzu
Chunin: Asuma/Kakuzu/Chiyo, Zabuza/Haku, Hanzo/Kimimaro/Deidara
Jonin: Second Tsuchikage/Deidara/Kakuzu, Second Mizukage/Zabuza/Haku, Third Raikage/Azuma/Kimimaro, Fourth Kazekage/Chiyo/Hanzo

The Teams you are allowed to use are as followed:

Thank you all who have stuck around and read the guide! Even if all my work only amounts to a few people that read, I am happy to give those few the best guide I can!

This guide is currently still being worked on, and at the time of writing this, I haven't even played the game yet, but I wanted to get this out as soon as possible and start updating throughout my play sessions, in the hopes that the fine voices in my head will help me along the way <3

Again, thank you so much, I can't express how much it means to me for people to read my work, truly, thank you.

No current projects in the future that I can see, there has to be an awesome game to come out that I can work on >:D For my readers, I am still planning to work on the RWBY game guide me and Bleedoutt have made, just waiting for updates, so until then, this is the Happiest of the Cats, Happy Fun Cat, wishing you an enjoyable read and awesome gaming!

Note to you peeps, this guide has been put on hiatus until the Boruto update comes out.

I have been super busy with a ton of stuff (life sucks) and now that things are slowing down, Xenoverse 2 is coming out and that is what I will be focusing on. I am sorry about this, but this guide was way too big for 1 person to handle and I was doing it as a experiment for future guides, and now I know, NEVER WRITE SOMETHING THIS BIG AND EXPECT IT TO BE OUT IN A WEEK!

So again, hiatus until March? I think that is when the Boruto thing comes out, I will be then finishing this up and adding the new information to it on that game as well.
