As you know that the price of a certain stock is fluctuating all the time, also you may know that buying at the lowest and selling at the highest price will maximum the profit. What us new-players may not know is, when should we purchase a stock and when sell it.
Okay, here comes the problems: Where will the price most likely at? How to make sure that you always be the winner?
Well, by the long-term statistics, I come to a conclusion that the price will fall into EQUAL intervals between the highest and the lowest, which means you may receive ANY price in EQUAL possibility when you check the market. Besides, there’s no possibility that the price breaches the highest and the lowest. Then the issues is easier now.
Let’s take 3 graphics for e.g. The yellow horizontal cuts the price interval in two: the red area represents the negative deviation; the green area represents the positive deviation, and the former is approximately the same as the latter. So we can concluded that the yellow area is EQUIVALENT to the stock movement. (In fact the yellow horizontal in game is a bit higher than the theory, meaning if you buy a half-price stock still you have more than 50% chance to profit.)

And the final conclusion: If you buy a stock no higher than its half price, you have no less than 50% chance to profit. If you see a stock selling lower than its half price—please don’t hesitate to buy it out!
