Some of the achives are buggy. I recommend saving right before doing and reloading. I personaly needed to reload a bunch of times for a few saves.

Dave Goldfarb has not popped for me dispite multiple reloads from the start of the chapter.

When speaking with the Office Manager, always pick the top line.

Sorry wrong number - Make ten calls to random numbers.
Use your office computer and not the crime scene one. Selecet the program named VOIP. You only need to press 1 digit to count as a "number"
(Fun fact: If you turn on the commentary there are over 100 original lines of dialogue

Bomber
Silver Tongue - Successfully talked the bomber down
Always choose the top line when talking to the terrorist.

Hopeless - Neutralize the bomber

Pick the "Hope" hope when taking to the terrorist

Unpersuasive - An explosive result
Always choose the bottom line when talking to the terrorist.

(Fun fact: your choice will show a diff result of whats on the morgue table at the end of the chapter.)
11 Fission - Chapter 3
Chapter 3

Elliot Ness approach - Bust Van der Waal's door open.
Use your stunner to open door in apartments. (Buggy, had to reload several times to to get it)

The Right One for the Job - Make use of Lao's skills to open Van Der Wall's door.
Choose Lao to open door in apartments.

Official Procedure - Call Central for Help.

Try on Chantelle all three different personalities: maid, barman & chief. (To make a personality have all 3 sections the same color)
100 Meeting of Minds - Chapter 4
Chapter 4

Hippocratic Oath - A career in medicine awaits.
Make some Enipherine for the person named Guy.

1. Call the office to help with Guy.
2. Steal the robots stuff
3. Use scalpel to pry open food machine.
4. Get the recipe from Guy (using trance) put the recipe on the memory card.
5. Unscew the cameral with the scalpel and use the camera lense with the optical drive

Placebo Effect - He won't know the difference...
Fill the syringe with water and use it on Guy
101 Germination - Chapter 5
Chapter 5

Guilt Trip - Remind Dr Chigwa of what's really important

1. Get the picture from Regies desk in Central.
2. Ask Dr Chigwa about not being able to use the airlock
3. Show her the photo (dont use wetware to open the airlock)

Dramatically cleaned a screaming pile of biscuits - Cured Martin Niester on the first try
(Ask Dr Chigwafor the right one = Hydroxypyruvate Isomerase)

Microbiologist - Didn't analyze a single incorrect sample at Vickerman
(Note: if done correctly you will only need to use the analyzer twice: once with 3 samples, and again with 1 sample)

1. Based on Dr. Chigwa's description (radomized)
2. Get Hydroxypyruvate Isomerase from first aid kit from airlock and give to Martin. Ask about DNA sample He will tell you Acoraceae Brasiliera. (from seed bank)
3. Orchidaceceae Isotriae (ask Dr. Chigwa for name) Growth labs, bottom floor, left side
4. Xenosporans Tizardi (Growth labs, bottom floor, right side) turns into xenofungus when planted
110 Crisis of Consciouness Chapter 6
Chapter 6

I Needed That - Don't blame him one bit.

Get the locker #6 code 381 from terminal in office at start. Then use the whisky.

Shooting Gallery - Got through the conveyor room and back undetected
You need to stay behind the big pices of a moving conveyor belt and back again without being spotted (Not as hard as it sounds as it is just a sort line)
111 Jahiliyyah - Chapter 7
Chapter 7

Ninja - Entered the Trance Den using the power of shadows.
I did this one by accident. I assume the street light flickers

Super Latha Bros - Entered the trance den by fulfilling the bouncer's request.
1. Hack the car to turn it on and move it. (this reveals a manhole cover the car was on)
2. Get the crowbar to move the manhole cover.
3. Turn on the water for 871

I don't need no ticket - Find another route into the Trance Den.
There is a grate at the bottom of the manhole cover that leads to the den.

B& - Disconnected the dancers via non-destructive means.

Instead of smashing the antenna, Use the terminal in the Den to block Russia.

(Super hard, didn't get it as the ball goes really fast.)
1000 Flesh Drive - Chapter 8
Chapter 8

Dave Goldfarb - Only give Stepford's personality to the restaurant guard
1. Tell Stepford about the broken security android in the kitchen.
2. He will get knocked out too (kekeke) use the splitter on him to download his brainparts
3. use the splitter to put his brainparts in the Security android outside the kitchen.

(This didnt trigger for me through multiple reloads)
1001 Ripper - Chapter 9
Chapter 9

Mental Arithmetic - Get the crate-weight correct by the second attempt.
You need to sneak into the crate but the workers notice that it is a different weight.

1. Go to the scale on the right. The scale shows the crate without you to be 51kg
2. When you go on the scale it says 96kg
3. That is a difference of 45kg, how much Lana weighs, and how much you need to add on the computer in the other room.
4. On the Crate is says A-121, look for that in the computer.
(The trickey part of this is that in the list on the computer it says 30kg)
5. 30 + Lana's 45 = 75kg
6. Now say what kind of stuff is being put in the crate [Lana is Transplant Material (human)] As in organs I guess?

Guarded by Fate - Survive up to Part 9 without dying once

(Just save and reload on the factory and air ship parts, only place you can die, really)

Bombs Away - They shouldn't have left that there in the first place...

As Lao, after you get the AP bullets, use the console to open the cargo door and drop the wooden box on some poor bastard from high above
1010 Runtime - Chapter 10
Chapter 10

Mindjacker (For both choices:)
1. As Lana: get in the chair in the room with orange globes to get into Central's version of Trance
2. Get to the room with a bunch of screens and click the big screen in the middle.
3. Click the chute on the right to bring out a mouse bot and move it to inside the doorway
4. As Lao: get the grenade from the dead trooper and put it in the mouse bot.
5. Now go back to Lana to control the mousebot.

Mincemeat - The Mindjacker meets his gruesome end
1. Send the mousebot back thought the chute.
2. Click the turn off turbine button.
3. Send the mouse bot to the mindjacker.

Justice for all - Successfully arrest the Mindjacker
As Lao use the lifts on the wall in a puzzle to send the mouse bot into the upper left corner.

For Winners don't do drugs, I turned the speed all the way down and eventually won after ~10-15 tries. Spamming click (mousepad to tap).

Just out of interest, how are you meant to know one of the samples in the plant lab is Xenosporans Tizardi? Just trial and error?

Set max speed, auto-click macro, then try a couple of times for the Winner's don't do drugs achievement, got it on the 4th try

In re the comment below and Winners don't use drugs, I set the speed to minimum, and while I couldn't hit the ball, neither could they, and I just auto-won by chance due to the match throwing three balls at them first. Annoying with how slow it is but you don't even have to play to win, just wait until you're lucky.

For Winners don't use drugs set game speed to 25%. Somehow this magic number disables Domino's rear reach and makes the mach fair. After that it becomes trivial.

Winners don't use drugs is impossible for me. I hardly get 2 points, but whatever I do I can never get 3. It's frustrating.

Thank you, cassandra_strand, for the tip for Dave Goldfarb achievement. It popped out when talking to the guard after the personality exchange.

For those still having trouble with these, these were the keys to getting them unlock for me.

Winners don't use drugs -You need to set the game speed to the lowest setting, then initiate a game with Domino then make sure you spam the button to hit the ball. You will still miss the ball if served to you, but it doesn't matter. You may lose a few times since you need the ball to be served to him 3 times where he misses, so, it's a chance each time you start who will get served. If you don't continue swinging even during his turns then he will successfully hit the ball. If you do continue swinging (again spam the button) he misses.

Dave Goldfarb - You just have to make sure that when you first change the guard’s settings you use Stepford for the personality setting, but keep the memory and role as Guard. Then talk to him. Popped up immediately for me.

Strange, I did some achievements, but they weren't unlocked in my profile. Is that a bug?
