So this lil video shows what is happening to me for almost 2 months now... almost every 2 weeks i get 5-15 messages that games were removed from my account. I contacted support and guess what.. NOTHING!

Support contact in short (and roughly translated):
1 Me:
I am missing several games, i get the "guess pass expired message" some games still in account. But i have no screenshots. (This time i was smarter and recorded this video!) -.-
2 SupportDude:
According to our records you have several accounts. (I KNOW THAT!!) Please make sure that you are logged into your account: "account name of my ALT"
3 Me:
Support request was ignored, as always! (and explained again in detail what was happening, also complaining why support uses generic replies that do NOT match the support request)
4 SupportDude:
Please send over screenshots. (links on how to make screenshots on different OSs.... (again a proof that SupportDude did NOT read the support request because it was CLEARLY stated in the FIRST CONTACT that i do NOT have screenshots)
5 Me:
*rude* Some Support guy wants to tell me he doesn't know how a "guess pass removed" screen looks like? Where's the problem to take a look into my account and tell me why games getting removed for no reason.
6 SupportDude:
Telling me (AGAIN in a GENERIC REPLY) on how to regain a lost account... (WTF!? where the trucking hell did i say i lost an account!)
7 Me:
Can i haz another SupportDude please?
8 SupportDude:
Please send a sc... (oh wait.. SAME GENERIC REPLY AS IN 4!!!!)
--- i closed the ticket because that SupportDude was incompetent to even READ my request!

And now i'm pissed. -.- :D
