Get Power Treads to have better attack speed and base stats which will help you in teamfights and farm, or Arcane Boots if you are the wardbitch + no other arcaneboots carrier + you are five-manning a lot.

If your team/carry is strong and needs just a little bit of sustain in a fight, consider getting a Glimmer Cape over mobility items, and get a Force Staff (preferably) otherwise.
