Add a new set of Metal with Glass structures

The structures have the same durability than the metal ones, but with less cost of metal ingots and an added cost of crystals.

How to Change Default Glass Color:
Only work if the mod is in the top of the load order.
In your GameUserSettings.ini located in
...\steamapps\common\ARK\ShooterGame\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
write the color you like to be the default:
