You will need 2 playthroughs one S rank and one A rank. (save and load file to get both S and A rank in the same playthrough wont get you all acievements, you need to play from the begining and only doing A or S)

Stage 5:

-Stop Akio

-Imagine a puppy
-Take it up (A-rank = Keep petting)

Stage 6:

Save here.
-Imagine the little Akio (other option = "Carrot Man" And "Bad Ending" achievement)
-It isn't like that (A-rank = It isn't like that)
