Ah, thanks, I've somehow overlooked that.
This is seriously the best guide for any game I've ever seen.
For gear ratios you don't need setups from the Steam Workshop. This info is available from the car list of each class.
For example:
03:44.791 - Ford Focus RS Rally 2001 (Gears 4fR / Sequential / 720°)
Means to set the slider to four clicks from the right end. This is explained under "terminology" section.
Is there another way to find your gear ratios?
Since I'm on PS4 and can't use the steam workshop.
