To bind a command you have to type bind key command in the console ingame. If you don't want to do this every time you restart the game, then you need to create an autoexec.
It will "type" anything you want in console every time you start the game.

Here is a step for step tutorial on creating autoexecs.

• Go to steam and click on "Library"
  
  
• Rightclick on Counter: Strike Global Offensive and hit "Properties"
  
  
• Pick the tab "Local Data"
  
  
  
• Hit "Browse local data"
  
  
  
• Open the folder "csgo" and then "cfg"
  
  
  
  
• Create a text file and name it "autoexec.cfg"

Open it with "Editor" or download an external program like "Notepad++"[notepad-plus-plus.org]

→ Now you are ready to edit it.

So like I explained earlier, you need to type bind the "buy" command to a key. To do so, just put: bind "key" "buy weapon;" in to the autoexec (You will find a list of all the weapons names further down).
Repeat for each key: If you want to buy multiple items on one key, just put multiple buy weapon; inbetween the "s: If you want to, you can add other commands or cvars like maxfps 120 .

So because the most used keys for this purpose are the numpad keys, I will tell the names for them only.

This code binds:
Kevlar + helmet + defusekit to Num5
Smoke to Num1
HE to Num2
Flash to Num3
Awp to Num4
Ak/M4 to Num6
