Hi bro. I love your craft. Maybe it would be better if you can create a map with only Manila City + Manila bay in it. So it will have a more accurate scaling. :)

The scale is about 3.3:1 so obviously it'll be inaccurate. The Ttpography taken from terrain.party was difficult at best since the heighmap isn't as detailed. Anyway, try adding in a small river at that scale with a 50 size brush, feel free to edit the maps.

Absolutely inaccurate. You didn't even add the Pasig River :P
