CMS 2014 Developer Mode & Cheat Codes
By DeadPoolX
Although Car Mechanic Simulator 2014 isn't a particularly difficult game, it's annoying when you have to start from scratch (zero skills and a low amount of money) when playing the Endless Mode or any of the expansions.

Fortunately, there are cheat codes for the game.

Warning!
Before using any of these cheats, I'd recommend playing the campaign straight, as cheating does reduce the satisfaction one feels by earning money and gaining skill levels.

That said, if you're like me, and feel that you shouldn't have to start over when playing Endless Mode or the expansions, then these cheats will undoubtedly be of some assistance to you.
Developer Mode & Cheats
1. Load or start a new game. It doesn't matter which, so don't worry if you're already in the middle of your game.

2. Access the computer in-game and click on the Command Prompt/DOS Prompt tray icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

3. After clicking the icon, an entry field will open up underneath the icon. Click it once with your mouse and then type "devMode.on" but without the quotes. This activates the developer mode.

4. You can now use the following two commands: "moneyplease" or "resetloan" (once again, don't type the quotes). "Moneyplease" will give you $250 in cash each time you use it, while "resetloan" will reset your bank loan. The "resetloan" cheat is the quickest and easiest way to gain money quickly.

5. If you want to bypass an order entirely, hold down LEFT SHIFT and F1 together and click on "Show Repair Order." The repair order will then allow you to mark the car as fully repaired, even if you've done absolutely nothing or fully stripped the car for extra parts.

Shift f4 opens the dev menu and shift f1 does the order bypass

devs must have changed it again, it doesn't work anymore
I've even tried both combos while opening the menu, clicking show repair order and clicking repaired but it doesn't work

So they changed it. Interesting. I'm not sure WHY they'd do that, but whatever the case, thank you Satan (never thought I'd write that ;) ) for informing us.

All commands are currently working.
To call the developer table, press LEFT SHIFT + F4

Considering how old CMS 2014 is now, it's entirely possible that developer mode and in-game cheats may have been changed or removed. I really don't know seeing as how I haven't had had this game installed for a long time now.

If someone else discovers a new in-game method (i.e. not relying on third-party software, like Cheat Engine) to accomplish what I wrote above, I'll gladly edit/update this guide.

Follow the instructions exactly as I wrote them. Skipping any step could potentially cause these cheats to not work.

That said, if it doesn't work no matter what (and I'd need to hear it from more than one person, no offense intended), it's possible the devs have patched something. After all, I posted this cheat back on March 10, 2015. As of this post, that was over three years ago, so something could have changed.
