Description

A very, very simple item, this is a cube using the top Interior Wall texture on 5 sides and the bottom texture on the 6th.

Rev 1 adds two requests: A block with all bases and a block with 5 bases and the standard top.


Author Notes

The reason for this is also very simple - many of us use this texture for flooring, but every single Interior Wall block placed uses an enormous 2608 Triangles due to the complex shape of the sides (which serve no purpose as part of the floor). This part cuts that down to a mere 32 Triangles improving overall performance.

All modelling and texturing is 100% stock and will automatically update if the developers ever change them

I would like to bring up something that was brought up before: do you think you might be able to do a version of this with the bottom texture on all sides but the top?

I know the author of the other mod like this was going to do several versions, but I don't think it's going to happen at this point. Also, for me at least, it would be nice to have it from the same mod instead of having to get multiple separate mods...

It does deform and has build models, so it's quality. I appreciate your offer, regardless.

I'd actually forgotten I'd requested this. Now I have to go rebuild a chunk of my latest station to be better! That's part of the fun, though! ^_^ Thanks!

Meant to post that myself the other day as well. Also not sure if it is fully deformable (armour like the default interior wall is) or if it is a solid piece. Will test it later.
