Swedish Sound Mod

THIS IS A WORK IN PROGRESS. FAR FROM COMPLETE. Still feel free to test it.

If it doesn't work, try typing snd_restart in the console.

Remember that if you got other sound mods that replaces the same sound files as my mod they will probably cause a crash.

Changes the American voice lines from english to swedish, with fitting victory and defeat music.
Mod is up to date with converted .wav files to .ogg files according to december hotfix
