Cory, the group of people who I am referring to were people using the open beta, where these patches were already applied. i think you may have misunderstood me, i was speaking in reference specifically to those who claimed they had been kicked for cheating in the open beta when they "didn't cheat". It turned out that this particular group of people I was speaking about were using a DLC unlocker.

This isn't to say that false positives have not or will not occur - I did not state any position on this.

I get it. Reading is tough. It's just easier to make generalizations about large groups of people.
Seems like the False Positives were an actual problem, occurring to legitimate DLC owners.
