This build focus on damage, 2-3 hit and your enemies die as I expected :v
Make sure your teammates have slower or stunner. never take the frost arrow, it will useless.

I guess it was right, but I've said on top "make sure your teammates have stunner or slower" and you'll be supported by phase boots, drum, and sange yasha or you can get dagger to pursue your enemy. you will be supported not you were be supporting

Plus the ridiculous slow makes comebacks really easy mid to late game if you did bad.

I would say this is a good built if it weren't for the not getting ice arrows until very last. One of my favorite things about Drow is the really overpowered ice arrows. Even if you're doing terrible, a few ice arrows can help your teammates easily score ganks, and it makes it to where most melee heroes trying to charge you are easily turned into a gank by slowing them until they realize they're screwed and trying to run, then destroying them because they can't run.
