T3 is the 3rd Tier of Micheal Myers power, it allows him to instantly down any healthy survivor, it requires you stalk any survivors for a period of time determined by what addons you are running.

if you go on GitHub and install the super unknown package known as flyhax.exe it allows Myers to fly around the map instantly activating T3 at will, going Super Saiyan.
