Donofett's Gene Seed Purification - Primarchs

I know I have! So introducing...

An edict is unlocked once an empire has bio-ascended AND researched Gene Seed Purification, which brings up an event to select the desired leader class for the Primarch, after which a situation starts. The situation progress is a percent out of 100, with progress going faster with more monthly society research and progress going slower with greater empire size.

Once complete, the Primarch becomes an immortal leader in your empire. Depending on their leader class, they get one of three incredibly powerful Primarch leader traits, and Primarchs inherit any species traits that apply to leaders (i.e. psionic, cybernetic, erudite). See mod images for the exact stats on the leader traits!

Primarchs are made from your main species.

Initial Primarch skill level starts at a base of level 4, then modified by initial skill level bonuses. For instance, if you have Distinguished Admiralty (+2 Commander skill level), then a Primarch Commander would start at level 6.

No vanilla files were harmed in the making of this mod, so it SHOULD be compatible with everything.
Deliberately designed to allow for multiple ascension path mods, so you can have psionic, cybernetic, and erudite Primarchs.

This mod requires you to have Utopia to unlock bio ascension, and Galactic Paragons for the advanced leader traits.
