描述
Changes battery banks mass from 20 kg to 1 kg so you can precisely tell your duplicants how many they should store in a storage bin.

只是觉得空的电池比满电电池重不太合理
I just think it's unreasonable that an empty battery is heavier than a fully charged battery

I don't see a reason why you would need to store an exact amount of empty power banks but I will change it soon

满电电池改为1kg了，但空电池仍是20kg，充满电反而还掉质量了，hh
The fully charged battery is now 1kg, but the empty battery is still 20kg. The fully charged battery actually loses mass.

Also most of the usable "items" in the game have the same issue, like suits.
