A new gamemode for Victory Point games

Last Line introduces a new concept for Victory Point, rewarding teams who hold all Victory Points on a map, and offering teams with none a chance to push back.
This gamemode uses a simple mechanic of adding bonuses to resource income while all Victory Points are held; the moment any of the Victory Points are decapped, the game goes back to normal.

+20% Munition income

- - Your opponent holds all Victory Points - -
+20% Manpower income +20% Fuel income

Take note that these changes do not add resource income - they only increase your current income. The more of the map you control, the larger an advantage these bonuses will give.
The game mode is designed to allow those at a disadvantage to have a chance of pushing back: while the defenders may have a greater access to their defensive commander abilities and squad upgrades, the attackers will have a faster route to stronger vehicles and more infantry. However, once a single Victory Point is decapped, the bonuses are removed until a team takes all three once more.
