The Issue

I don't know what causes this, but this Sukhothai photo is broken for many players. I think it'll be patched soon. I saw this fix a few different places and don't know who originally found it.

The Workaround

Make sure you have every other note and picture in every area of the game. Of course, you will be missing one in Sukhothai.

Head to the Vatican and fast travel to the Tower of Nicholas. Go through this door:

Head inside and go to this area:

Then go through the doorway and down the stairs. You will now be in front of the Sacred Wounds puzzle, which you have already completed:

Go to take a hint picture:

The achievement SHOULD pop!

I don't think this has a 100% success rate but it seems to be working for a few people, including myself. I hope it helps. I've heard this can also work if you snap a picture of the Fountain of Confession, but that didn't work for me. Could be worth a try!

lmaooo bro my shit was bugged even though it said 100% collected everything, but the game thinks there is still a document available to collect in sukhothai (one of the main quest documents) even though i already got it. i tried doing this given there was nothing else i could do, even though its not the same exact thing that happened to me, and it actually worked lmao. so PSA: if this achievement is bugged in some way doing this actually works for different things it seems! whether one is unobtainable or you have 100% but it still doesn't pop!

Get achiv after collecting EVERY notes and fotos from side jobs and etc, thx.

I gathered every note in the game, but didn't get the achievement. After travelling back to the Vatican and taking hint picture it POPED. Writing this in case you didn't encounter photo bug in Sukhothai (this area is pretty buggy) but still didn't get Archivist.
