“That Which Does Not Kill You” it requires the player to get injured in all four of their limbs simultaneously, all while not dying in the process. This has proven an uphill task for many, because it requires intentionally harming oneself without causing death.

There are several ways to critically injure yourself in Helldivers 2, but they usually lead to immediate death. To avoid death, you need to equip yourself with the DP-40 Hero of the Federation Body Armor, which gives you a 50% chance of surviving a deadly blow. This armor can be purchased from the Warbond and costs only 25 medals. Here I'll give a screenshot of the armor. But there's multiple armors with the Armor passive Democracy protects So just use anything over 100 armor with that passive ok this isn't to hard guys. This is very important unless if you wanna be like me and squash yourself 5,000 times with a resupply pod🙄

After equipping an armor with Democracy protects passive you wanna stand or prone right under a resupply pod you are most likely going to get it first try but if not just keep trying til you get it. I do advise you to solo this alone because you don't want other guys bringing perks that will buff your health and make this achievement harder to obtain. Happy Helldiving.
