You didn't even become a secondary power. But credit where it's due for getting as many techs as you did while playing as Afghanistan of all nations (And with that literacy rate) and for having a relatively high amount of provinces. If you ever play Afghanistan again I recommend you nab as much land as you can from other uncivs then when you westernize ally Russia and take as much of India as you can from the UK or China.
