As a lover of Greek Mythology, I have always held the tragic stories of heroes and monsters close to my heart. Medusa's story is no different. Made to roam her days as a monster at the hands of the gods, Medusa is seen by many as an image of resilience, female rage, and injustice.

Many people will wrong us, misunderstand us, and even try to tear us down, but we always have a choice on whether to turn our hearts to stone or rise above the pain inflicted upon us and remain devoted to being ourselves despite the way the world sees us.
