[Item] Imani the Faithless

Imani might have taken more than he could handle, thought he made it far but he had only seen the beginning of what was to come.

Some night, when he was not expecting it, he was visited by forces bearing strange marks. Their skin made of tough, leather-like material, daggers originating from hell, and a thirst for blood.

He did what he could, he even took down some of them, but every time he would hit one, down one, or even snap a neck, they just got back up. His weapons were in the kitchen, too far away.

Eventually, his body kept being slashed, far beyond reparation. With the severe blood loss, he slowed down. That is when he felt the knife, through his abdomen, and then, through his heart.

Minutes later, death was followed by a fate much worse. His body was now controlled by whatever entity took him down. He hopes to rest someday, but he will need much more than a hunter, he will need someone to get to the root of the book and destroy it.
