This mod adds a rare and unpredictable jumpscare to The Binding of Isaac. Occasionally, a random Neco Arc image will appear on the screen along with a distinct sound effect, startling the player and freezing all enemies temporarily until the player starts shoothing again.

By default, the jumpscare has a low chance of appearing to keep it surprising. However, you can adjust the chance of the jumpscare appearing to fit your preferences:

Open the main.lua file in the mod folder.

Look for the line that defines CHANCE_PER_FRAME, which controls the probability per frame.

Adjust the Value:

Higher Number (e.g., 60000): Makes the jumpscare rarer.
Lower Number (e.g., 400): Makes the jumpscare more frequent.

For example:

Setting CHANCE_PER_FRAME = 60000 results in approximately a 0.00167% chance per frame.
Setting CHANCE_PER_FRAME = 400 increases this to 0.25% chance per frame.

Save the file and restart the game to apply changes.
