At least you read it and know what you are 'potentially' giving away. Most don't even bother. :h6lsterrans:

Well...I would be a hypocrite to do this when I could have read this before I bought it. Not to mention how many of these I have accepted over the years. STill...I want to make sure to point it out so they know we "notice".

Personally, I think if any developer, or publisher sells GAMER DATA their games should be free. You should actually be PAID for it. You are essentially a company employee at this point.

Same way I feel about Self-Checkout. Doesn't shock me at all ppl rob them blind doing that, and none of the employees even care.

That would be an instant refund in my books (or block all internet access to the game, if the game still works). I block everything by default using Glasswire to protect myself, but still, all that just to play a game is crazy!

Oh...you have to ACCEPT the policy regardless of whether you actually have "Online Mode" On, or Off.

They claim that when it is deactivated they won't collect data, but let's be real here. The policy tells a different story.

Why don't they just come right out, and say: "If you want to play the game the way it is meant to be played, please consent to letting us SELL your data to third parties of OUR choice."

"Events" I'm sure are great, but f*** this policy. :haha:
