Introducing the Noglin from ARK: Genesis Part 2

The model has:

- PSD file of Custom color

Known Issues: the subsurface scattering that I added tend to not go well with shadowed light

I won't do a Gmod Port so if any of you gmodder want it then you can port it to there as long as you credit WildCard
