Adds a much stronger hand welder, which doesn't cost plat, but in exchange costs a lot of other resources,
and takes 5 minutes in a vanilla upgraded x1 assembler speed world to craft



Vanilla Best:

Speed : 5

Range : 1.6

Range : 8



Cost:
1200 Iron
400 nickel
40 cobalt
200 silicone
25 silver
5 gold

300 seconds base craft time (5 minutes)

I could see what that does, though tbh I wouldn't be surprised if it did the same thing lol,

It's a pity. Perhaps there is an option to improve the vanilla rank 3 welder in yours and release it as a separate mod?

That is "normal", for some reason even if you use vanilla files, the position animation/etc stuff wont work, there is a way to "make your own" but it is a giant pain.

There are no docs on how to use it for hand tools, only hand weapons, which apparently matters lol,
I tried the hand wep way, ig it made the engineers arms get longer and longer, I even used spectator mode to watch it keep growing . . . then I gave up on that for a bit after 60 different attempts all of course either doing nothing, crashing the game or making the arms get longer in different directions lol.

The mod needs updating. Everything works in the game but the model in my hands is not displayed.
