Fix
Install these. 2 of them you unpack into paks directory in SWgame and one of them you unpack into the main folder and click the bat file. For more in depth information read their nexus pages but they essentially make the game look better, fix framerate, make sure it launches faster to avoid the unnecessary calibration every time you start it (you just need to calibrate shaders once and then apply the fix) and fix crashes. I suggest to use 7zip for unpacking it is better than winrar

If you get white screen during cutscenes set post processing to low in visual settings

Disable Instant Replay and GeForce Overlay. It makes the game lag. Possibly any kind of overlay makes the game lag that is why Steam one does not work. Maybe Discord will make it lag too, I don't use the overlay though.

as a bonus to skip boring intro videos every time game starts

You can move, delete or rename 2 files in the Swgame folder
Default_startup and Default_startup_loop
Bonus: Enable 5 Stances on keyboard
You can download a mod that enables all 5 stances that are accessible without going to a meditation point (because it is ridiculous you can't do that like that since you carry all the things you need with you and some situations absolutely require you going back to change them if you are playing on a hard difficulty or you will find it harder to deal with different kinds of foes)

Then you download the userinput file which sets the binds for the stances. However, for some weird reason the mod maker changed 1-4 to be the stances, but since i play with keyboard and I like to use force powers using 1-4 I changed that to be 5-9 for the stances. I put the most used stances closer. You can use X to switch to regular one blade and C to whatever other 2nd stance you have.

so for me I set 5 as heavy, 6 as double bladed 7 as blaster 8 as dual and 9 as single (which you don't need to press as you can press X) and removed all the other needless stuff. So if you want to copy me and still use 1-4 for force powers like you are used to you can just copy paste this into the userinput while delete what is there originally

It is not in game files it is a part of a mod if you install it correctly following the instructions on nexus

I can't find Userinput.ini anywhere in the game files
