Welcome to Tales of the Narrow Sea by IgotACouch and Minor Cultural Flavor by Magnus compatch for AGOT!

You could just simply overwrite Minor House Flavour with Tales of the Narrow Sea or vice versa, causing one of the other to not use the other's culture flavour. Or use this compatch which works to blend the culture file that is in conflict in the two mods. You don't have to choose which mod's culture file isn't used anymore. Now they both are
