Step 1.
Load game and head into options; change the Text Speed to Max.

Step 2.
Start the game and left click away skipping the story.

While I'd recommend taking your time and reading the story because it's really interesting. If you're just wanting a quick 100% you can just click away and when the story competes you'll have earned 100% achievements.

• It's a pretty long story so, having a way to macro/auto click is encouraged.
