I could see this as future mod for SE, combined with the RTS mod and some basic UI controls

You need to have Steam version of game to make mods work, also subscribe them on workshop. Always launch as "Forces of Corruption" and in main menu in options there is "Mods" option to launch from there any mod you subscribe.

I love me some Empire at war. I could never get mods to work tho
