I recommend you knock out some of the easiest challenges on your first few runs through each level if you can. If you get stuck on a challenge or frustrated, just continue on and you'll probably unlock a pair of shoes later that will make it easier. -- This is the most difficult achievement by far.

Rattle Me Bones

Find 60 different skeletons.

Keep an eye out for 60 skeletons found throughout the game and kick 'em.

- GANG #1 - THE VIOLENCE GANG -

I Prefer Books

Destroy your own TV in Homecoming.

Level 1.5 - "Homecoming" - The Violence Gang

Kick your own TV after your girlfriend expresses excitement for movie night. Real nice.

Brogress Quest

Finish a game of Broforce.

Level 2 - "The Chase Begins" - The Violence Gang

You'll find a Broforce arcade cabinet on this level.
Look out for this hallway with a series of bathrooms.

At the end of the hallway is the room with the machine.
Play the crude depiction of Broforce until the machine explodes.

Eye For Goal

Kick the ball into the dumpster in The Back-Alleys.

Level 4.5 - "Back Alleys" - The Violence Gang

Find the soccer ball near the start of "The Back-Alleys."
Kick the ball into the dumpster.

Stress Test

Dip below 20 FPS by using vending machines.

Level 8.5 - "Slum Life" - The Violence Gang

You can find two vending machines for this achievement at the start of "Slum Life"

Max graphics settings. Hold kick button on vending machines until enough items spawn that FPS drops below 20. OR try the cheese method described below.

I was unable to get the achievement after ten minutes of spawning items with the vending machine using a 4090. I recommend going to display settings and limiting FPS to 10 to cheese this achievement. Make sure Vsync is disabled or you won't be able to use FPS limiter.

Fire Prevention

Set off all the fire extinguishers in Slum Life (13)

Level 8.5 - "Slum Life" - The Violence Gang

The first extinguisher is at the spawn location in "Slum Life".

To the left you'll see the second extinguisher by the vending machines.

Enter apartment #4. To the left is an extinguisher hiding behind a plant.

To the right there's an extinguisher on the counter.

You'll see another extinguisher on the wall near the door to apartment 7. Enter the apartment.

To the left there's an extinguisher hiding by the AC unit.

To the right there's a room with a goon laying in bed. It contains 5 extinguishers.

The last two extinguishers are in the area near the exit staircase.

Ponte Plunge

Jump into the pool at the bottom of The Stairwell.

Level 11.5 - "The Stairwell" - The Violence Gang

Jump over the railing into the pool at the start of the level.

Quick Draw

Shoot a slice of toast before it hits the ground.

Level 15 - "Potshots" - The Violence Gang

Run along the rooftops from cover to cover to avoid the sniper until you reach the pool area.

Jump down and break through this glass.

Exit this room.

You should see a small room full of toasters to your left. BE READY!
Once you approach them they will launch toast in the air. Shoot the toast mid air.

- GANG #2 - THE POLLUTION GANG -

Pest Control

Eradicate all the pigeons in Smog Street. (10)

Intro Level (.5) - "Smog Street" - The Pollution Gang

Kick 10 different pigeons on "Smog Street."

You'll see the first group of 3 pigeons in front of you when you first spawn into the level.

There's a lone pigeon hiding in this tree.

There's a group of 3 pigeons to the right of the giant trash heap at the bottom of the stairs.

There's a group of 3 pigeons to the left of the hugging police officers.

Intervention Required

Be under the influence of three different substances at once.

Level 4.5 - "Dumpster Town" - The Pollution Gang

The easiest location to do this achievement is the first area of Dumpster Town.
You need to drink 2 beers, drink an energy drink and eat a lizard.

There's beers located near this #8 Sign.

You can find energy drinks and a lizard near this #4 sign.

Reptilian Recycling

Recycle a lizard in Dumpster Town.

Level 4.5 - "Dumpster Town" - The Pollution Gang

Interact with a lizard on the wall to "eat" it, then run over to the recycle bin.
At the end of the animation you will throw the lizard remains, aim for the recycle bin.

Couldn't Resist

Blow up the barrels in Trash Mountain.

Level 7.5 - "Trash Mountain" - The Pollution Gang

Say no to pollution and kick the barrel this goon is dumping.

Make It Stop

Release the tortured specimen in Green River Laboratory.

Level 10.5 - "Green River Laboratory" - The Pollution Gang

Kick the glass containing experiment #3 to free them.

Find the freed experiment behind the enclosure and speak to them.

- GANG #3 - THE BUSINESS GANG -

Unplugged

Drain the water in A Fresh Start.

Intro Level (.5) - "A Fresh Start" - The Business Gang

Proceed forward from spawn area and take your first left.

There's a hidden area underwater, follow the arrow in the image.
Emerge and kick the valve handle.

Feedback Appreciated

Lodge a complaint in Office Space.

Level 5.5 - "Office Space" - The Business Gang

Speak to the receptionist. Take the door to the right. Use the escalator.

Hide And Seek

Find the hidden intern in Employee Wellness.

Level 9.5 - "Employee Wellness" - The Business Gang

Talk to the employee hiding in the ball pit under the slide.

Defiance

Take the escalator in Upper Management.

Level 13.5 - "Upper Management" - The Business Gang

Follow the exit sign. Take the escalator.

- GANG #4 - THE DEBAUCHERY GANG -

Not Impressed

Critique the art in The Secret Entrance.

Intro Level (.5) - "The Secret Entrance" - The Debauchery Gang

Kick a piece of art in the gallery.

Where Do They Come From?

Solve the sauce mystery in The Pizza District

Level 4.5 - "The Pizza District" - The Debauchery Gang

Walk through the cheese fountain to discover a secret area. Kick the valve handle.

Where Do They Go?

Follow the poles in The Clubs

Level 8.5 - "The Clubs" - The Debauchery Gang

Enter Club Indulgence.

Enter the purple door to the right.

Jump down the pole hole.

Fried And Battered

Take a cheese bath in The Cult of The Pig.

Level 10.5 - "The Cult of The Pig" - The Debauchery Gang

Proceed forward through the tunnels on either side of the giant statue.

Take first left through the wooden door. Jump into the pool.

-- HIDDEN ACHIEVEMENTS --

The hidden achievements are unlocked by making a choice in the final scene of the game.
CHOICE #1:

Movie Night - Maintain the status quo.
Kick the crime minister.

CHOICE #2:

A New World - End crime forever.
Kick the shoes into the fire.

Press the tilde (~) key to access cheat menu.

I found that Alt+Tab with a bunch of stuff from the vending machines out triggered the frame rate achievement - I have a 4090 as well, and just couldn't get it done otherwise...
