Turbine Redux

This is a map that aims to make turbine better to play, while keeping its stupid, classic, fun aspects intact.

Changes include:

-Added more routes in the vent system
-Added a small health and ammo kit near the start of the vent system
-Added a grate to the vent system to improve visibility
-Added another vent dropdown flank to the intel room
-Widened the area near the vent dropdown as well as placing a small health kit in that new space
-Opened the cargo containers at mid, revealing a medium ammo kit inside-Added a ramp to the top of the cargo containers behind the opened door
-Added a ramp up to the Health Kit balcony (Previously only accessible from jumping on a cart)
-Drastically improved the visuals near the intel room
-Replaced the old turbine models with the models from powerhouse
-Removed the clip on top of the sniper den
