Key areas of interest: Waiting area for doors 2 open, one is by alleyway on building next to the pool building exit (usually troops spawn here but since you are there, they don't). Actual laptop door is through the white picket fence hole, door is on building opposite of other building w the wire fenced stairway. Plant claymores in the path / alley leading to the laptop door (face laptop building).
Sequence: Camp in alley way next to pool building, wait until MacMillan gets kills and claymores going off. Run and gun, get laptop and haul 455 back to the Ferris wheel area. I find that waiting until the helo comes to get the laptop is harder
if you get laptop 20 out of 30 in all ghillied up without alerting any of the guards, you get the minerals achievement
The IT contractors in the support side said these are Soviet copy of IBM thinkpads, They have the Soviet copy of the 5 and 1/4 floppy disk drives.
