Better SMG script.
Tightest of bullet hoses.

This script is intended for players who want a more powerful SMG in L4D2 that fulfills the role of a fast firing, deadly accurate SMG. I gave it some large buffs without making it extremely overpowered.


Stat changes (Simple)
*Higher DPS (320 > 400)
*Lower recoil
*Reduced spread
*Reduced damage dropoff

Stat changes (Full)
+Increased damage (20 > 25)
+Increased range (2500 > 3000)
+Reduced damage dropoff (16% > 10%)
+Decreased moving spread (3 > 2.5)
+Increased crouched spread reduction (0.7 > 0.4)
+Increased standing spread reduction (1.0 > 0.7)
+Increased jumping spread reduction (3 > 1)
+Reduced recoil (0.9 > 0.8)

Well yeah, if you have 2 different scripts that change the same gun they will obviously conflict with each other.

The problem isn't with my script but the one with the hud icon. Pretty much every hud icon that was made before TLS AKA 2020 will have this issue with ANY script, not just mine.

And if the authors don't bother to update them, well there's nothing I can do about it. You'd have to go out of your way to manually update the hud icon and remove the script that it has.

I've done this plenty of times with hud icons that I think are awesome but sadly outdated.

Think your smg mod interferes with the hud script mod I have to change one of the guns I have to resemble the gun I changed it to
