No VCredist setup every time you play

This little fix prevents the Visual C++ setup every time you launch the game, as the Steam version of TW2 doesn't set some registry keys correctly.

1. Open notepad.
2. Paste the following:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00 [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Valve\Steam\Apps\20920] "directx"=dword:00000001 "VCRedist"=dword:00000001 "dotNetFx40"=dword:00000001

3. Save it as witcher.reg and run it, accepting all confirmations.
4. Done!

Now it should start up directly to the launcher.
