I am proposing this guide for all-around users to unlock 100% of achievements in the fastest way. I know that you can reach 100% even faster in some games for a professional gamer. However, I am aiming for guides that will also benefit users with no experience with the game. So normally, there are no suggestions like doing the first run in the hardest difficulty.

SPOILER ALERT is in order as some details about the story of the game will be revealed here.

So as you might have already read online, this game is rather a short one. There is not so much to do game-wise and you have 4 not-story-related achievements, two of which are achieved by navigating the game's menu! Anyway, my total run took around 6 hours, but it can be even shorter. I linked my run below in case you want to see how that goes:


So to break it down a little, out of 11 achievements, 7 are story-related. Two achievements are about collectibles and the other two will be unlocked by opening the "Photo Mode" in the game and launching any chapter of the game by a different narrator. I am mentioning the collectible achievements on top here as they have to be collected from Chapter 1 to Chapter 5 of the game. The game has a total number of 6 Chapters.


Tales of Midgard
Collect all the Lorestangir.
Chapters Involved: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5
For this achievement, you must engage with all of the "Lorestangir", a column-shaped totem, scattered throughout the game.

There are 18 of these totems in the game, they are mostly fairly easy to spot. Just make sure that you properly engage with them... once done, they will be lighted up with a red light and a narrator will reveal a lore-related story, at least a part of it.
I have added a video guide below for you to locate and collect all 18 Lorestangirs in the game. Please note that in the video, I referred to the location as a part of the story in each chapter, as depicted in the game's many:


Glimpses of the Gods
Reveal secret paths behind hidden faces.
Chapters Involved: 2, 3, 4, 5
For this achievement, you have to locate some rocks that are shaped like a face and focus on them to reveal a path behind them.
You can engage with the tree that will spawn behind these faces, but achievement is solely about revealing the paths by focusing on the hidden faces. There are 17 hidden faces throughout the game. For the most part, they are fairly close to the Lorestangir totems. I have added a video guide below for you to locate all 17 Hidden Faces in the game:



The Next Sign
Survive the shipwreck and capture the Bjarg slavemaster.

The Man in the Middle
Rescue the stranger from the Draugar ritual.

The Hidden World
Find the entrance to the realm of the Hiddenfolk.

Returned to the Earth
Speak Lngunn's name, and release Illtauga from her rage.

The Storm Calmed
Speak Saegeirr's name, and end Sjavarrisi's isolation.

A Guiding Light
Guide your followers through the forest to reach Borgarvirki.

End The Tyranny
Expose the Godi's lies and end the tyranny.


Worth A Thousand Words
Open photo mode.
Chapters Involved: Any
Just find a good spot where you enjoy the scenery and hit that photo mode button (Y) to land in photo mode and you have the achievement in your pocket. Then spend some minutes on a menu that is designed for a professional photographer and eventually do not take any photos and go out of the menu.

Seeing Things Differently
Launch any chapter with an alternate narrator.
Chapters Involved: Any after finishing the game once!
Once the game is over, you will have two different narrators added to the game menu for you, "The Others" and "Druth". For the achievement, go to the game's menu and under the game's settings, Audio, you can find the Narrator menu to change the settings. After that, just launch any chapter of the game, which is selectable now after the game is finished, to have the achievement pop up.

Congratulations! You have just unlocked all the achievements of the game.
