This video below will show how to unlock the achievement. Final time in it is 15:08, though getting a time below 20 minutes is enough to unlock it.
Addendum: At 8:10 (in Canyon), there's a space behind two gun turrets that can be travelled into in order to skip having to take the U-turn on the way to the exit. Thanks to Kaiser for pointing that out.

Addendum 2: The exit at the end of Lattice (at 15:46) can be entered by approaching it underneath the nose part of the giant face. Thanks goes to ObsidianCarnageX12 for finding it.

Addendum 3: Just 3-4 Cypiders need to be killed to allow the final exit to open up in Skyway: Final Mayhem. Thanks goes to LeonItsMe on Youtube for pointing it out.

I just retype here what "BODOtheBoomerShooter" typed in German:
In that speedrun you can see all the Passwords after a level is complete. All you need to do is enter the password for the last level (Skyway) which is (YRVX3DEZRMNXMCLE), just beat the level Skyway by killing all spiders until the Exit opens up and you get the Achievement!

I want to add one thing, the spiders where pretty hard to kill using the Rocket Launcher, since they run away quite a bit. Because that password starts with zero Pulse Rifle ammo I used my Jet Pack to fly up right at the start, on top is one of those Energy Generators where I waited to get full 200 Energy and then used the Pulse Rifle on the Spiders. Was enough Time for the Achievement.

Im Speedrun sind alle Passwörter nach Levelende zu sehen. Danke dafür! Man muss das Passwort (YRVX3DEZ-RMNXMCLE) des letzten Level (Skyway) eingeben, danach durchspielen und man hat den Erfolg.

Was using this as a general guide cause man this game just lacks level design. period. this was SUPER helpful with more of the puzzle-like levels
