IMAI ANATOLI / HAUNTED - 幽霊が出た / 18
Darkness has tormented ANATOLI his entire life. As it manifests in SHIOKAWA, he has but two choices - fight back, or die. Every mystery solved brings him a step closer to finding HER - and thus ridding himself of the BLACK NOISE.

ANATOLI begins the story with a powerful STRAIGHT RAZOR weapon, but is SUICIDAL, causing him to occasionally take STA damage whenever he sustains REA damage in combat.

AVAILABLE PERKS:
Arcane Grasp: two additional SPELL slots
Ghost Connection: learn a random SPELL upon solving a MYSTERY
Signed Contract: gain 1 FND upon solving a MYSTERY
My Weird Collection: gain a random [OCCULT] ITEM upon solving a MYSTERY

KNOWN ISSUES

Several of ANATOLI's events include broken chained events and enemy encounters. These have been left in for testing and documentation purposes. The affected events and choices are:

THE NOISE
(make THE NOISE stop) - CRASH

A FANDANGO WITH THE DARK
(take a closer look) - EMPTY ENEMY ENCOUNTER
(run) or (shine your light on the corpse) on fail - EMPTY ENEMY ENCOUNTER

MYCOPHOBIA
(take a closer look at the mold) on success - CRASH

During the second date:
lean into their touch -> <<Why are you so patient with me?>> -> <<I don't know if I can keep doing this...>> (requires SUICIDAL)
If you did it right, you'll receive the UNBURDENED HEART status.

Choose the break into the apartment and search it until you find the diary.

During the third date:
Choose any option until you reach the <<Do you prefer boys or girls?>> dialogue. Note that failing the charisma check on <<Please, KATSUMI... I don't want this...>> will lock you out of ending A.
what? -> you -> I know what you are

SUICIDAL can be obtained randomly as a CURSE, but the most reliable way to get ENDING A is to play as IMAI ANATOLI, who starts a run with SUICIDAL by default.

(and yeah, I'm the guy that posted bug on Nexus, sorry about that, you can ignore it, but I still would appriciate a little tip for Ending A in DATE :D)

Oh, that's you! Thank you for this mod, I played Anatoli a few runs and he seems like a great character, but unfortunately, I prefere to play more custom mysteries.
But if you answered me, I just want to tell you one thing - I played both DATE and TELEVISION - and oh boy, they are awesome! Even with unlimited EXP glitches using compass :D
Gritty, scary and crossing all boundaries. Great and engaging story - that's what I like! TELEVISION is great thriller if you end with fighting "normal" boss and exellent horror if you add occultistic elements.
And DATE... man, I was heartbroken at ending B (imagine AYAKA happy :c) and ending C left me with open mouth for a long time! Really mess with your brain!
I still can't unlock A ending with AYAKA, don't know what I'm missing, but I'm trying!
Just wanted to express my gratitude for such a good gaming experience. Keep up the good work, looking forward to more!

MYSTERY mods which use chained EVENTS (of which my MYSTERIES use a lot) do not currently function in the public beta, so I will not be releasing them on Steam Workshop until they do.
