Install a hex editor such as HxD and open up OPPW4.exe with it.

Search for 39 8E E3 3F and replace all with 9A 99 19 40. This fixes the game for 21:9

Search for 0005D002 and replace with 700DA005 to replace the games lowest resolution with 3440x1440 or 000F4006 for 3840x1600. Use https://www.wsgf.org/book/export/html/17351 if you need values for alternative resolutions.



If you want to replace the second lowest resolution, search for and replace 56050003 with
your resolution of choice.

If you want to downsample the game you need to change your desktop resolution to it before you start the game or it won't work. I personally run the game at 5760x2400 using this.
