I see, hopefully they can patch that soon to avoid any further confusion. ^^
It's just the description of Motivational Leader has a typo in that the developers said "player speed" instead of player work speed. "Player speed" implies movement speed is increased.
Okay I'm abit lost here, because I'm pretty sure when I first wrote it, it was player crafting speed, but a few days ago someone else pointed out that it was incorrect, and had a look on the Palworld Wiki to check and apparently it was supposed to be player movement speed. I just checked the Wiki again and it got changed to crafting speed again.
I will change it back to crafting speed and I will check again in game to see if it's move speed or crafting speed. ;-;
Yes, it is already included in the guide under Pals Buffing Player section. ^^
Thanks for pointing that out! I made a mistake and wrote "crafting speed" instead. ;-;
It's all fixed and updated now. ^^
From what I've seen and experienced so far, it's a bit of both.
If you tell your Pal to harvest a tree or a pile of rocks that spawns in the world, then it will harvest them faster if they have high damage. But if it's the logging or mining camps that you can build in your base, then all that matters is the work speed. ^^
